After almost a decade of working as a professional Engineer, I decided to pursue my passion for coaching. Embarking on my fitness journey alongside studying for my degree and pursuing my career, I realised how strongly linked physical and mental health are. There are so many aspects to physical fitness, you just have to find yours and get it to click. It's my purpose to help you kickstart that process and find yourself in this world of fitness.

Lifting weights and kickboxing are the two anchors in my life that keep me physically fit and improve my mental health. You may have heard that movement is medicine, this could not be more true. I'm here to support those of you looking to embark on your very own journey.
